This Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms explain how subscriptions work in the Hidden Devices Detector app, including billing, renewal, cancellation, and your rights as a user. By purchasing or using a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below in accordance with Google Play Developer Policies.


1. Subscriptions Overview

The app offers two types of subscriptions:

Basic Plan – Removes all advertisements.

Pro Plan – Removes all advertisements and unlocks all premium features.

Both subscriptions are offered through Google Play Billing and are tied to your Google Account.


2. Billing & Payment

Payments are processed solely through Google Play. We do not collect or store any credit card or banking information.

When you purchase a subscription, the payment is charged to the Google account linked to your device.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, yearly, or as selected) unless canceled prior to renewal.

Pricing: Subscription prices may change in the future. If the price changes, you will be notified by Google Play before renewal, and you may choose to continue or cancel.

Taxes: Depending on your region, applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) may be charged in addition to the subscription price. These are determined and collected by Google, not by us.


3. Free Trials (if offered)

If a free trial is provided, it is available only once per Google account. At the end of the free trial, the selected subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the trial ends.]


4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.

Refunds, if applicable, are managed directly by Google Play’s refund policies, not by us. For more details, please visit Google Play’s Refund Policy.

5. Access After Cancellation

If you cancel the Basic Plan, ads may reappear in the app after the subscription period ends. If you cancel the Pro Plan, ads may reappear and premium features will be locked after the subscription period ends.


6. Data Privacy

We do not collect, store, or share any personal payment data. All payment transactions are securely processed by Google Play.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these subscription terms at any time. Any changes will comply with Google Play Developer Policies.

Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
